On average, I will make more than 100 phone calls to address the details and unique aspects of every home sale or purchase. When the details are addressed, the paperwork is completed, and the Agent does their job, you will close on schedule. That is why I close 90% of my contracts on the date set on the original contract – more than 60% better than reported in an independent survey of Gainesville title companies.
